Membership in Esport Union

Join the Global Esports Movement

Esport Union membership is designed for organisations, communities, and individuals who want to actively contribute to building a fair, player-driven, and globally connected esports ecosystem.

Whether you are establishing a national organisation, running tournaments, or developing a competitive community, membership gives you access to the international Esport Union network — and the opportunity to help shape its future.

Who Can Apply?

We welcome applications from:

  • National esports organisations and associations
  • Tournament organisers and community leaders
  • Clubs, teams, and structured gaming communities
  • Individuals with a clear vision to build and grow esports locally

All applicants should share our core principles:

  • player-first philosophy
  • fair competition
  • community-driven development
  • long-term ecosystem growth

The Application Process

Becoming a member of Esport Union is a structured process designed to ensure quality, alignment, and long-term success.

1. Submit Your Application

Applicants begin by submitting a membership request through our platform. This includes:

  • Organisation or individual profile
  • Country or region of operation
  • Relevant experience in esports
  • Vision and goals within Esport Union
  • Preferred games or competition focus

This step allows us to understand your role, ambitions, and how you plan to contribute.

2. Initial Review

Once submitted, your application is reviewed by the Esport Union team.

We evaluate:

  • alignment with our values and mission
  • organisational structure and seriousness
  • potential impact within your region
  • readiness to operate within the Esport Union framework

If needed, we may request additional information or clarification.

3. Dialogue & Development

Qualified applicants enter a dialogue phase.

During this stage, we work together to:

  • refine your role within the ecosystem
  • define responsibilities and expectations
  • explore opportunities for tournaments and community growth
  • ensure understanding of Esport Union standards and structure

This is not just an approval step — it is a collaborative process to set you up for success.

4. Approval & Onboarding

Once approved, you officially become a member of Esport Union.

You will receive:

  • access to the international network
  • onboarding guidance and documentation
  • tools and frameworks for organising competitions
  • support in developing your local ecosystem

National organisations may also be granted rights to operate official Esport Union tournaments within specific games.

Membership Responsibilities

Membership is both an opportunity and a responsibility.

All members are expected to:

  • uphold Esport Union values and standards
  • contribute positively to the community
  • organise fair and transparent competitions
  • collaborate with other members across regions

Our goal is to build a trusted and sustainable ecosystem — together.
